Transfer Fee Changes: What Solis Finance Customers Should Know

Starting January 17, 2025, a transfer fee will apply to all Solis-to-Bank and Mobile Money Wallet transactions. However, to ensure that some of our core services remain as accessible as possible, we are pleased to inform you that:

• Deposits,

• Withdrawals as well

• Solis to Solis transactions will continue to remain free of charge.

This decision was made after careful consideration to balance operating expenses while maintaining a seamless banking experience for our valued customers.

What This Means for You

If you regularly transfer money to any of the commercial banks or mobile money wallets on any of the telecommunication networks, i.e., MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo, in Ghana, you may notice a small fee applied to these transactions starting from the effective date. However, for other common transactions like deposits or moving money between Solis accounts, you won’t experience any additional charges.

As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we would like to reassure you that any fees collected will be used to enhance and broaden our financial products and services and give you the best possible digital banking experience.
